JingleBird is a digital service from Megabyte Labs. This page explains how you get your reels.
Nothing is shipped
We don’t ship anything. Everything you get from JingleBird is digital: your reels, each with a caption, hashtags and a choice of thumbnails, and receipts by email.
- Where it arrives. In the JingleBird app on your phone. JingleBird works only in the app, so you need it installed on an iPhone or Android phone.
- Delivery charges. None, on free reels or paid ones. Plan prices are on the pricing page.
When your reel arrives
Your reel is delivered in the app as soon as it’s made.
- Your reel is made in the background, so you can keep using your phone. If you allow notifications, we let you know when it’s ready.
- When you pay for a plan, your credits are added as soon as Stripe, which processes our payments, confirms the payment. Pro gives you 30 reels and Max gives you 80 reels every billing month; one reel uses one credit.
Saving your reels
Your reels stay in the app until you delete them or your account. You can save a reel to Photos on your phone, or share it to TikTok, Instagram or YouTube or any social media platform.
If something goes wrong
If a reel fails, you get its credit back automatically, so you can make another. This is a credit, not money. For anything else, email support@mbyte.ai.
- Your reel hasn’t arrived. Open the app first. Your reel may be there already: we can only notify you if you allow notifications. If it isn’t there, email us from the email address you signed up with and say when you made the reel.
- Something looks wrong in a finished reel. Email us and say which reel.
- Your plan’s credits don’t appear after you pay. Email us from the email address you signed up with. Tell us the date of the charge; it’s on the receipt we email you for every charge.
- Refunds. The refund and cancellation policy says who gets a refund and how long it takes.
If you use Sign in with Apple and hid your email, tell us that you signed in with Apple, so we can find your account.
Changes to this policy
If we make an important change, we post the new version here with a new effective date at least 14 days ahead, and we tell you by email or in the app before it applies. Small edits that don’t change what we do, such as fixing a typo, change only the “Last updated” date at the top.
Earlier versions are free on request: email support@mbyte.ai.
